Our satisfaction guarantee is straightforward. If you believe any part of the gutter cleaning has not been completed to a high standard, contact us within 14 days and we will return to re-clean the affected section at no additional cost. No arguments, no small print.
This guarantee covers the cleaning itself — the removal of debris, the flushing of downpipes, and the overall condition of the gutter channels after our visit. It does not cover new debris that accumulates after the clean (leaves will continue to fall, after all), but it does cover anything we should have caught during the original job.
We also guarantee that we will not damage your property during the cleaning process. Our team is fully insured, and if any accidental damage does occur — however unlikely — it will be rectified at our expense through our public liability insurance.
For customers who book regular cleaning plans (two or more cleans per year), we offer an additional benefit. If your gutters overflow between scheduled cleans due to a blockage we should have cleared, we will come back and resolve the issue for free.
We do not offer a warranty on the condition of the gutters themselves, as we are a cleaning service rather than an installation or repair company. However, if we identify damage during our inspection, we will provide honest advice and, where appropriate, a quote for the repair work.
Our before and after photographs serve as documented proof of the work carried out, giving you a clear record that the job was completed to the agreed standard. These photos are yours to keep.
